It was successfully loaded onto a truck and set off for a major tunnel construction project site.
As DrillGod’s core intelligent equipment designed for primary support in large-cross-section tunnels, the DW902 integrates drilling, anchor rod feeding, and grouting operations. Equipped with a three-station dual-advance beam system and an automatic anchor rod storage hopper, it enables automatic anchor rod feeding and replacement, significantly reducing the number of workers required at the tunnel face. By addressing equipment-level challenges, it mitigates the risks associated with traditional scaffolding-based high-altitude construction, thereby strengthening the safety defenses for tunnel construction.
The machine innovatively employs a hybrid power system: diesel power is used for flexible and agile site relocation; when entering the tunnel for support operations, it switches to electric drive, offering low noise and zero exhaust emissions, making it suitable for enclosed tunnel construction environments. The machine has a wide operational coverage and is compatible with various support techniques, including hollow grouting bolts, resin bolts, and mortar bolts. The rock drilling and grouting processes are efficiently integrated, significantly improving the efficiency of rock mass support construction and helping tunnel projects accelerate progress and boost efficiency.
