Recently, the Sichuan DrillGod DWS901 integrated drilling, grouting, and anchoring support rig completed full assembly, performance testing, and factory quality inspection. It was successfully loaded onto a truck and dispatched to 

a high-altitude tunnel project site to provide mechanized construction equipment support for high-altitude tunnel support projects.

The DWS901 is a single-arm integrated drilling, mixing, and anchoring support rig independently developed by DrillGod. It integrates drilling, hole flushing, automatic anchor rod feeding, and grouting functions to complete operations 

for radial system anchor rods, toe anchors, and advance support holes in a single pass. It is designed to withstand the low temperatures and low-oxygen environments of the plateau and is suitable for fractured rock conditions in highway,

 railway, and water conservancy tunnels. Equipped with a translational drill arm, the unit enables full-face, multi-angle operations. Its built-in anchor rod magazine can pre-load nine anchor rods at once, reducing waiting time for manual rod

loading and ensuring continuous construction. The machine features a dual-operation mode comprising a cab and wireless remote control, allowing operators to work at a safe distance from hazardous rock at the tunnel face. 

This reduces tunnel construction safety risks at the source and is particularly suitable for high-altitude projects, where it minimizes the number of personnel required at the tunnel face and reduces the physical strain of working at high altitudes.

This model is compatible with tunnel cross-sections up to 18.5 m × 11 m, with drilling diameters ranging from Φ41 to 89 mm and a maximum drilling depth of 4.5 m. It employs a hybrid hydraulic-electric power system optimized for 

high-altitude conditions, balancing mobility within the tunnel with green construction requirements. Compared to traditional manual air drill operations, it significantly reduces the number of workers at the tunnel face, consistently improves 

anchor installation efficiency and the quality of support structures, and helps address the challenges of tunnel support in high-altitude areas with fractured surrounding rock.


This delivery followed rigorous factory inspections of multiple components, including parts assembly, the hydraulic system, the rock-drilling mechanism, the grouting system, and the travel chassis, reflecting the customer’s recognition 

of the quality of DrillGod’s intelligent tunnel equipment. Upon the equipment’s arrival at the high-altitude construction site, DrillGod’s technical service team will deploy on-site to conduct equipment commissioning, operator training, 

and full-cycle after-sales support, overcoming the challenges of high-altitude field operations to ensure the project’s efficient commissioning.
