Recently, Sichuan DrillGod Intelligent Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. reached a key delivery milestone: the integrated drilling, grouting, and anchoring rig completed full assembly, performance testing, factory inspection, and protective packaging, and was successfully loaded onto a truck for shipment to the tunnel construction site in Hubei, where it will be put into service for initial tunnel support work.
The integrated drilling, grouting, and anchoring rig delivered this time combines drilling, hole flushing, automatic rod feeding, and grouting and anchoring functions into a single unit. It is suitable for the construction of system anchor bolts and foot-locking anchor bolts in Class IV and V fractured surrounding rock in highway, railway, and water conservancy tunnels, and can also meet the requirements for advance anchor bolt support operations. The equipment optimizes traditional support construction methods, eliminating the need for operators to work at close range in hazardous areas at the tunnel face, thereby reducing the safety risk of rock mass collapse at its source. Relying on an integrated continuous operation mode, parameters such as drilling depth and grout volume are controllable, effectively addressing issues such as low efficiency in traditional manual scaffolding construction and significant fluctuations in anchor installation quality.
