A Thousand-Li Journey to the Northwest Frontier | DW551 Anchor Bolt Car Sets Off for Xinjiang to Support Regional Infrastructure Development
Recently, a DW551 single-arm wheeled rock bolt carriage manufactured by Sichuan Drill God Intelligent Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was officially loaded and shipped to a construction site in Xinjiang after completing the entire factory-release process, including comprehensive quality inspections, system debugging, and trial operation acceptance. It will provide equipment support for construction tasks such as tunnel support and mine tunnel excavation.
The DW551 anchor rig is suitable for rock and soil support applications in highway and railway tunnels, water diversion tunnels, and non-coal mine tunnels. This model features fully hydraulic drive and is equipped with a telescoping reinforced drill arm, enabling anchor and cable drilling at multiple locations—including the tunnel crown and sidewalls—and offering a wide range of coverage. The machine is equipped with a four-wheel articulated wheeled undercarriage, offering agile steering and convenient relocation, allowing it to be positioned within relatively confined workspaces at construction sites.
Prior to shipment, the equipment underwent testing and debugging of core systems—including hydraulics, travel, rock drilling, and controls—to identify and eliminate potential operational hazards, ensuring the equipment can begin operations as soon as it arrives on-site.
