Crafted with Precision, Ready for the Road | DW551ST Anchor Rod Car Fully Equipped and Heading to the Construction Site

Loading operations proceeded in an orderly manner on the factory premises. The DW551ST single-arm intelligent anchor rod car, having undergone comprehensive quality inspections and testing, was adorned with red flowers as it officially set off for the project site, ready to support the efficient progress of tunnel and mining projects with its professional support equipment.

Since the order was finalized, the production, quality control, and technical teams have worked together to tackle challenges, strictly controlling every stage of the machine’s production process. After the equipment rolled off the production line, technicians conducted item-by-item no-load and load tests on the power system, load-sensing hydraulic valve assembly, and intelligent drilling module. They repeatedly calibrated the drill arm’s pitch and rotation parameters and tested functions such as drill bit anti-jamming, wireless remote control, and data acquisition to eliminate any assembly defects and ensure the equipment could be immediately put into stable operation for high-intensity support work upon arrival at the site.

As a heavy-duty anchor rig, the DW551ST is specifically designed for medium-sized tunnels, highway and railway tunnels, and hydroelectric power station intake tunnels. It is compatible with construction cross-sections of up to 55 m² and can drill holes for φ43–φ89 mm anchor bolts and cables. Compared to the standard version, this model features a reinforced heavy-duty chassis and a dual diesel-electric power system, which reduces noise and minimizes environmental impact during underground operations while providing flexible and convenient diesel-powered mobility for site transfers; the 20-meter wireless remote control allows operators to stay clear of rockfall zones at the tunnel face, reducing construction safety risks at the source. Drilling a single 4.5-meter anchor bolt hole takes only a few minutes, replacing traditional manual scaffolding work. This increases support efficiency several-fold and significantly shortens the construction cycle time.

During the loading process, staff securely fasten the machine body and protect the drill arm piping. They meticulously inventory the accompanying drill rods, maintenance tools, and operating manuals, implement moisture-proof and impact-resistant protection measures, and cross-check the shipping list throughout the process to ensure all components are complete and the shipment is secure. The shipment of the equipment is just the beginning of our service. Our after-sales technical team has already established contact with the project team and will arrive on-site immediately upon the equipment’s arrival to complete installation, commissioning, and operator training. They will provide on-site technical support throughout the project, along with regular maintenance services, to quickly resolve any equipment issues that may arise during construction.

Top-tier equipment is heading to the front lines, and precision engineering is empowering infrastructure development. The successful delivery of the DW551ST not only demonstrates the product’s capabilities but also exemplifies our commitment to fulfilling our obligations and our dedication to advancing underground engineering equipment. Moving forward, we will continue to optimize our intelligent support equipment, providing stable and reliable machinery to safeguard the construction of tunnels, mines, and water conservancy projects nationwide.
